Do you charge transaction fees on donations?
Habitat includes Donately with no platform transaction fees. Processing is a flat 1% on the Core tier. On the Growth and Strategic tiers, that rate drops as you raise more — higher tiers unlock 0% volume bands, so a growing share of your donations processes at 0%. Standard payment processor fees still apply.
How long does setup take?
Most Habitat sites launch in about a month. Larger or more complex builds — multi-site, multi-language, or with significant migrations — typically take 6–10 weeks.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting, maintenance, and platform updates are part of the monthly fee. Habitat is built on Webflow's enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Can my team manage the site without a developer?
Yes. Your team can launch campaigns, edit pages, and run appeals from the CMS without writing code or calling a developer. We train your team during the launch process.
What if we outgrow our tier?
Move up at any time. Habitat is built so the CMS, design system, and integrations carry forward — you scale without rebuilding the site.
